We will lay out our plan and budget, track progress to completion, and provide you with status updates on a regular basis. Your project will be led by one of our skilled project managers and you can rest easy that we always provide realistic and achievable timelines and budgets.

Our skilled carpenters have established themselves in the area as the go-to professionals for wooden outdoor space. Two of our founding managers have worked together serving customers in the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years with interior and exterior painting services. Over the years, they have built a team of professional painters who take all of the pressure off of the paint selection and design process. Whether you know exactly what you want, have a general idea or need help picking the perfect colors, Chris and Dave will work with you from the beginning to plan your project, select colors and finish your project to perfection. We have decades of experience painting all materials including wood, brick and siding.

We currently provide preventive and on-call maintenance services for dozens of rental homes. New receive a call at 10PM on a Saturday night again! We have implemented maintenance management software so that your tenants have an online portal to log maintenance requests. All maintenance requests receive a response within 12 hours (normally within an hour) and emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to on-call maintenance services, all our maintenance contracts include preventative maintenance such as filter replacement, checking drains, electrical and plumbing connections, as well as remaining life updates for roof, decks and HVAC equipment.
