Chris grew up working in his fathers painting business through high school. After learning the trade, Chris realized that there was much more potential and branched out on his own. He spent 20 years founding and building a successful painting and homo remodeling business in the Hampton Roads area and ventually decided to merge with East Coast Contracting in 2019. Using the skills and knowledge he gained over decades of hands-on experience, he passed the Virginia Class A Contractors exam and brought the Residential Building Contractor designation to ECC.
Along with most of the ECC Management Team, Dave was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area. He has always liked working with his hands and started his career in landscaping and general maintenance right out of high school. In 2001, Dave joined Chris and formed M&J Painting with a focus on the painting and maintenance needs of their residential clients. Their reputation eventually reached the maintenance managers services in 2019. In addition to military housing, Dave leads our interior and exterior painting team.
A native of Newport News, Scott has grown up in the local construction industry. While founding and running his own irrigation company for over two decades, Scott formed relationships with local officials, builders, designers, vendors, and specialty contractors across a wide array of industries covering every facet of home construction.
Rick and Jimmy Fucarion were born with hammers in their hands. The Fucarino family has a rich history of homebuilding in Hampton Roads where Rick and Jimmy spent their childhood helping their father with his construction business.
After running their own businesses for over two decades, we were lucky to have Rick and Jimmy merge with East Coast
Contracting in 2018. They have been with ECC since the beginning and are two of the best carpenters in the business. If you visit one of our projects in progress, you will most likely see Rick or Jimmy on site. The pride they take in their work is unquestionable and you will often see them working late in the night to make everything perfect. They will not leave the
Fucarino stamp on their work without double and triple checking the quality.
